Editors. Viewers, commenters and people with a share link never count.

Can I use it on a phone?

Yes, to read a flow as a storyboard and reply to suggestions. Wiring and arranging need a desktop.

Is my work used to train a model?

Your dismissal reasons are shown to the reviewer for your own workspace, so it stops repeating what you said no to. PathKit does not train a model on your boards.
