Access and workspaces

Sign in with Google, GitHub, Figma, an email link or a password. All of them end up as one account, so you can use a different one tomorrow.

The beta door

During the private beta, teams are let in a few at a time. If you land on the waiting page, you will get a sign-in link by mail when it is your turn. If you signed up with a password, the waiting page offers one button that mails you a link, because an address only counts once it is proven.

Workspaces

A workspace holds your boards, your members and your plan. A board is one flow: its screens, the controls on them, the wires between them, the notes beside them and everything the checks found.

• Owners manage the plan, billing and members.
• Editors change boards, and are the seats you pay for.
• Viewers read and comment, and are never counted.
